CAMP RATES
*** Camp is closed Friday, July 3rd. You will see the discounted “Week 2” Or “Session 1” rate reflected below along side the regular tuition rate.***
For all our Camp programs, tuition includes lunch and snack!
How to Cancel/Switch Weeks:
Any/all cancellations and requests to switch programs must be put in writing and emailed to CampOffice@fenn.org. Balances may be transferred to another program, based on availability, or applied to another immediate family member.
“Dropping” one week in a session is not an option, but you are welcome to go to your campbrain dashboard and add a single week if it is available as of February 9th at 9am, then immediatley cancel your 2-week session with us.
2026 REFUND POLICY
Any tuition paid is fully refundable up until March 31st, less the $100 per week, per child deposit. After March 31st, a 25% refund is available up until 2 weeks prior to the program start date. No refunds will be offered within 2 weeks of the program start.
No refund or credit is possible for a child who arrives late, leaves early, or attends only part of a session because of a behavioral transgression or illness, including Covid-19.
