Financial Aid

Limited financial aid is available and awarded based on demonstrated need. Please email us at to request a Scholarship Application. The deadline for submitting your financial aid request is April 1st, 2019.


Sibling Discount

Families with more than one camper attending 5 or more weeks will receive a 5% sibling discount off the second and subsequent siblings.  The sibling discount will be applied to the lower priced tuition.


8 Week Discount

Campers enrolled in all eight weeks of camp are entitled to a 5% discount off the total cost of selected programs.


Refund Policy

Any tuition paid is fully refundable up until June 1st, less the $50 deposit.  After June 1st, a 50% refund is available up until 3 weeks prior to the program start date.  No refunds will be offered within 3 weeks of the program start.  The cancellation must be put in writing and submitted to the Camp Director.  Balances may be transferred to another program, based on availability, or applied to another immediate family member, based on availability.  When space permits, campers may be able to change sessions for which they are registered. No refund or reduction in fees is possible for a child who arrives late, leaves early, or attends only part of a session because of illness other than a hospital stay.

**Spring Fling Referral Discount EXCEPTION: Any new family receiving the free week referral bonus at Spring Fling is not entitled to a full refund for their paid week after the event. Any returning family receiving a 50% off referral bonus will also be disqualified for a full refund after the event.


If payment in full is not received by May 1st, your camper’s registration may be cancelled. We appreciate and request that you communicate with our office concerning any additions, deletions or changes to your camper’s registration.
