DAY TRIPPER CAMPS

If you have an active tween/teen who’s always on the go, then we have the perfect camp experience for you! We have different types of trip offerings so you’re sure to find something your camper will love. Snacks and a fresh packed to-go lunch are included in tuition. 

**Please note: All proposed trip itineraries are subject to change based on weather conditions, facility availability, and other factors. We will do our best to adhere to the proposed schedule of each Day Tripper program. 

Waivers for venues that require them are due the Thursday BEFORE your camper’s day tripper week begins.

Grades 5th-10th (up to 15 years old): weeks 1, 2, 4, 6 & 7

During our Day Tripper Adventure weeks, campers experience a variety of amazing activities, traveling to exciting destinations- exploring new places and having fun at our familiar, local favorites too!

Monday - Tree Top Adventures, Tuesday - Archery Games, Wednesday - Altitude , Thursday- Mel’s Funway, Friday- Dave & Buster’s

Proposed Week 2:
Monday- Beach Day at Wingarsheek, Tuesday -Wamesit Lanes, Wednesday - Canobie Lake Park, Thursday- Kimball Farms, Friday- Boda Borg

Proposed Week 4:
Monday- Ninja Warrior Gym, Tuesday- Xtreme Craze, Wednesday- Urban Air, Thursday- Apex, Friday- Water Country

Proposed Week 6:
Monday- Level 99, Tuesday- Mel’s Funway, Wednesday- Dave & Buster’s, Thursday- Launch, Friday- Water Country

Proposed Week 7:
Monday- Canobie Lake Park, Tuesday- Boda Borg, Wednesday- Nashoba Paddler + Kimball’s minigolf, Thursday- Wamesit Lanes, Friday- Apex

 

art + Exploration

Grades 5th-10th (up to 15 years old): weeks 2 & 4

Campers will travel to different habitats across northeastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire, exploring the natural world and creating art focused on their surroundings. Each day we will travel to a unique and beautiful landscape and allow kids to learn about their environment while creating art in different media.

2024 Proposed Itinerary:

monday - Intro to Art and Exploring! Get to know each other, the art supplies, learn simple drawing techniques, and then head out on a local hike.

tuesday - Explore the Mountains! Hike to a summit (location TBD based on hiking experience) and draw or paint landscapes.

wednesday - Explore Wildlife! Visit the marshes and forests of Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary and learn to draw animals in motion.

thursday - Explore the Ocean! visit the tidal pools at Halibut Point and create 3D nature art.

friday - Explore Rocks & Waterfalls! Visit Purgatory Chasm and learn watercolor techniques while exploring the caverns, caves, and waterfalls.
