March Vacation Program
Enjoy the fun of Summer Fenn even when it’s cold! Join us each March for an Independent School vacation field trip program offered during spring break.
DETAILS:
The march vacation program 2026 is offered to all genders, grades 4-9.
2026 Vacation Camp Dates: March 9th-13th
Hours: 9am- 3pm
**There is NO morning or afternoon extended day.
Dropoff 8:50-9am, Pickup 3:00- 3:15pm.
Proposed 2026 Itinerary:
Monday: Immersive Game Box/Level 99 Natick (pizza lunch provided)
Tuesday: Launch Leominster, private early opening (bring a bagged lunch)
Wednesday: Apex Entertainment Marlborough (buffet lunch provided)
Thursday: Urban Air Bellingham, private venue buyout (pizza lunch provided)
Friday: Dave & Buster’s Woburn (buffet lunch provided)
Campers bring a nut-free lunch, unless the schedule notes that lunch is provided at the venue.

Single Day Registration (minimum 3 days) = $240
Full Week Registration = $1075 with discount code (save $125)
ALL WAIVERS ARE DUE BY March 1st!

All registrations are submitted online through the
Summer Fenn registration platform
with a credit card full payment.
Families are welcome to register for the entire week, or select as few as 3 days of the week’s trips.
Space is extremely limited and we typically experience high demand for these programs, please register early to reserve your space.
Some other important guidelines:
-Drop off and Pick up ONLY take place at Fenn. Although it may be convenient for you to swing by one of our venues, we absolutely cannot allow the chain of custody for our campers to happen off campus. Please speak to the Director (Maggie Magner) if you have questions about this policy.
-There is NO EXTENDED DAY before or after vacation camp. Please wait with your child if you arrive before 8:50am as there will not be supervision before that here on campus.
-Student use of cell phones or other web-enabled devices are strictly prohibited during the vacation program day. Please call our office if you need to reach your child.
-Itinerary alterations are made at the discretion of Summer Fenn and the Fenn School leadership and are subject to change based on weather, venue restrictions or other unforseen circumstances.
